第一篇:小学英语读书笔记
《英语课程标准》指出:学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。英语课程在目标设定、教学过程、课程评价和教学资源的开发等方面都要突出以学生为主体的思想。
笔者认为,树立“对话”意识,运用新课程理念备好课是基础和前提。
一、与教材对话:源于教材,高于教材
每一套教材都代表着某一种教学理念和实践方法,教师在使用一套新教材之时,应站在编者的角度钻研全套教材,努力理解和领会教材编写者的教学思想和设计精神,把握教材的特点,使之在我们的教学中得以充分体现。与教材对话,首先要尊重教材,读透教材;与教材对话,更要超越教材,走向生活。我们不妨尝试“一课三案”:钻研教材,独立思考,形成“初案”;博采众长,融会贯通,写出“教案”;课后反思,精益求精,补充“另案”。
江苏版的《牛津小学英语》教材按照话题——功能——结构的体例编写,在备课时,我们可着力于话题生活化,功能结构协调化。在“初案”中,我们应该重点研读教材,明确教学语言与语境语言,把握关键语句与困难语句;在“教案”形成阶段,我们应分析语用因素,结合师情学情,选择设计各环节活动:课后,结合教学实际再回头看自己的教材解读,及时补充“另案”必不可少。“另案”中,可以反思一节课对教材处理的成功之举、败笔之处、学生感受,当然,对教材的“再教设计”是最终目的。我们对教材的研读应该追求从“有它无我”到“有它有我”,最后达到“有我无它”的洒脱境界。
二、与学生对话:关注学情,真心真意
学生是学习的主人,我们的“教”应该为学生的“学”服务。在备课时,教师还应该时时在心中与学生对话,在与学生充分对话的基础上进行的备课活动才能真正体现学生的学习主体地位。
“你对这个话题了解了多少?”——牛津小学英语每一个单元都有一个话题。在我们设计新单元的教学时,这个问题可以提示我们尊重学生的已有经验,关注学生的学习基础,在学生已知已会的基础之上设计教学内容,把属于学生的时间还给学生。
“通过这节课你将学到什么?你是怎么学的?还可以学得更好吗?”——新课程呼唤我们的教学从知识本位回归到三维目标。这一连串问题指向的就是一节课中知识与技能、方法与过程、情感态度与价值观的目标达成。长期以来,我们的英语教学一直比较关注学生对英语知识的掌握情况,忽略了学生学习过程中的感受及体验。其实,真正的有效教学就是要让学生从浅层次的“学会”上升到“会学”与“乐学”,这样的学习才会让学生的终身学习获益。
在备课过程中,我们还要结合教材内容。预设大量的与学生的对话。在这个过程中,我们要注意与学生的对话交流必须付出真心真情。教师真心真意对待学生,才能让孩子们之间真心真意,课堂才会真实。这些年的英语教学实践证明,我们已经从期待表演的、热闹的、师生对答如流的课堂转变为期待真实的课堂和真实的交流。真实的教学问题、自然的教学过程、和谐的教学氛围才能最大程度地促进学生综合语言运用能力的形成。
三、与自己对话:勤于反思,勇于实践
作为教师,我们是否有勇气常常与自己对话,反思自己教学实践过程中的不足并及时加以弥补呢?叶澜先生曾经说过:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年反思可能成为名师。”
在备课及上课的过程中我们是不是可以常常问自己三个问题:“这节课应该怎么上?”——在分析教材,研透学情的基础上“知其然”;“这节课为什么要这样上?”——站在英语教学理论的高度分析教材教法,“知其所以然”方能掌握规律,举一反三;“这节课还可以怎么上?”——教学是一门遗憾的艺术,加强反思,及时提升。“知其未尽然”才能将遗憾变为自我发展的动力。
有位英语教学专家曾总结过小学英语课堂教学的主要特征:语言是有声的,所以课堂教学是听和说的体验:语言是有形的,所以课堂教学是读和写的体验;语言是有情的,所以课堂教学是情感交流的体验。我们在备课时亦可结合自己每一节课的教学设计自问:我们的课堂有声、有形、有情吗?我们的学生有思、有感、有收获吗?
在小学英语教学中,教师的语言、教师的教育理念、备课设计都对学生的兴趣、动机和认识水平产生直接的影响。教学要努力实现以学生为主体,给予学生选择的机会、创造的机会,发挥学生的自主性和能动性,首先就要从备课人手,通过备课过程中的“三对话”落实新课程理念,切实提高备课质量。
第二篇:初中英语读书笔记
课外活动是教学的一种辅助组织形式,是课堂教学的集成和深入。因此,有效的布置这类作业,有助于教学质量的提高。根据课外活动及英语学科的特点,布置此类作业有以下几种形式。
(1) 英语歌曲
唱歌能陶冶人的情操,优美的旋律能带给人欢乐,绝大数学生喜欢唱歌。经典的英文老歌“edelweiss”,家喻户晓的影视名曲“my heart will go on”无不令人陶醉,而最受学生欢迎的要数流行歌曲了,s.h.e, f4一首首好听的英语歌曲,使他们感觉新鲜、刺激。因此,学生常常使积极主动地去听去学,自己自觉地练。所以布置这样的作业时要允许学生自由选择,选择了自己感兴趣的英文歌曲,他们便经常唱,反复唱。这样,他们能在体验音乐美感的同时,不自觉地复习或学习一些单词、句型,从而提高了他们的记忆能力和英语学习的兴趣。为了提高学生学习英语的积极性,我们可举办英文歌曲演唱会,让学生登台演出,体验成功的喜悦,参与的乐趣。
(2)英语竞赛
每个人都有自己的长处,面向全体学生,充分发挥不同学生的长处组织各种竞赛,这又是课外活动型作业的一种形式。组织此项活动可以以年级为单位,形式有英语书法比赛、听力比赛、演讲比赛、猜词比赛、智力问答、脑筋急转弯等等。因此此类作业形式生动有趣,学生会以极大的热情积极准备,教师应组织评为认真评定,评出集体奖和个人奖,对学生的成绩予以表彰。此项活动可以发展学生的智力和个性,展现他们的才华。
(3) 英语角
为了给学生创造英语语言环境,我们还可以给学生布置这样的作业,即每周参加英语角活动。在学校文化氛围较浓厚的走廊花架处设立“英语角”的活动场所,在其入口的醒目位置竖立“welcome to our english conner”等标牌。这样的布置立刻使学生感受到一种说英语的氛围,给学生创立了一个仿真的口语交际与应用环境。有时侯还可以根据需要和条件邀请外籍教师来校参观与英语角的活动。学生可以在英语角大声背诵课文中的小诗、绕口令、儿歌;或根据老师确定的主题小组交谈或是进行辩论赛。还可用英语与老师和同学自由地交流思想,交流学习。英语角的活动使学生在语言运用中不知不觉地获得了英语知识和技能,口语交际能力大大提高了。这种语言环境的营造可使学生体会到学英语有趣,学英语有用,英语容易学。
(4)听英语广播,看樱花雨电视节目
课本的知识再多也是有限的,而我们的周围英语无处不在,电视里有丰富多彩的英语节目,cctv channel 5的球赛转播,cctv channel 6 周二的原声影院,引人入胜的discovery, 与中学生同步的outlook, 还有收音机里的英语新闻,只要我们稍加布置和引导,这些英语就会展现在学生们的面前。因为学生感兴趣,所以这是一类不用监督也一定会出色完成的作业形式。
(5)英语表演
为了培养学生的综合素质,我们还可以布置英语表演型作业。可让学生自编、自演,也可以让学生把一些经典的课本剧搬上舞台,如学生们熟悉的童话剧《灰姑娘》《白雪公主》,还有著名作家的文学作品,《项链》《麦琪的礼物》等。学生在这项活动中自己设计台词、表演、动作、服装、道具、舞台背景、灯光等,使他们各方面的才华得到充分的展示。
总之,多种形式的课外活动型作业,贴近自然、贴近生活、贴近社会,在一定程度上弥补了课堂教学的不足,丰富了学生的课余生活,是整个英语教学过程的一个有机组成部分,与英语课堂教学密切有关,是实现英语教学目的的重要途径之一。它保护了学生的好奇心,培养了他们的自主性和创新意识,激发了学生学习英语的积极性。

these daysi am busy preparing my dissertation which is about web usage mining . i read some english papers and learnt much from them . and nowi want to say something about a paper titled “web usage mining :discovery and applications of usage patterns from web data”.
this is the first english paper i read about dissertation and gave me great help .
this paper is a review about web usage mining. it introduced web usage mining in detail . although it is a little old for it was published in xxits contents are very useful today . it is organized according to the sequence of web usage mining and the six main parts are introduction which tells me what is web usage miningthe sources and abstraction of web datathe three steps of web usage miningtaxonomy and project surveywebsift overviewprivacy issues . the third and fourth parts are most important . it had a list of existing project about web usage mining which i saw many times in other papersbut this paper is the one creating this list . besidesit has been referred for more then twenty times . as we all know thatthe higher the referred number isthe more important the paper isso i consider this paper to be an important and successful one in this region.
in my opinionthe success of this paper dues to three reasons . the first reason is the profound computer knowledge owned by the authors . web usage mining relates to many subjectssuch as artificial intelligenceontologysemantic analysisbut the most basic knowledge is computer science . the four authors are all professors of department of computer science and engineering in university of minnesota . for myselfi am not major in computer science and i am not very good at computersso i feel a little difficult to understand technologies used in this region.
secondthey had read a large number of papers before they wrote this paper . there are fifty nine references listed after main contents . “stand on the shoulders of giants”this sentence tell us a truth : one can never successful all by oneself . and what’s morelearn from others can save a lot of time and energyespecially for us new learner . how to learn from others is a skill all of us should masterbut learning doesn’t mean copy or plagiary . other people’s knowledge and production is just our foundationupon this foundationwe must have our own thoughts and creation. there are many remarks in this paper where referred other’s production.
thirdthe authors had the experience of developing a web usage mining project . they don’t just engage in idle theorizingso their comprehension on this issue is greatly profound. they know what we may meet in a real project development and they know how to resolve them . after reading this paperi also read some other papers written in chinese . some of them are not based on real project and can not give useful resolution . websift is the name of system they developed which can be used to data mining and analysis .

i have spent about two months in reading eugenie grandet. in my opinion, it is really a good novel for us which is worthy to be read. after reading, i know that money can buy something but not everything. for better understanding of the novel, i will divide this reading note into three parts.
firstly, in order to make you understand this novel quickly, i will introduce you the major characters. there are three persons we need deep analysis. they are grandet, his daughter eugenie and charles.
the novel thesis puts their emphasis on grandet. grandet was one of the central roles in the novel. he was terribly greedy. he was the representative of greed and money. in his mind, money was everything, and he could not live in the world without money. he had a strong desire to possess money, though he had an abundant of money. he always left himself in a back room, and appreciated money for a long time. when he was dying, he asked his daughter to put money on the table, and money could make him feel warm. in order to collect money, he lost human
nature. he considered no love was in the world, and money is even much more valuable than his life. for example, grandet had a servant, who had worked for 30 years. but he never received any gift from grandet, except one old watch. though grandet was a christian, but actually he was not a real one. in his opinion, the existence of god was for his need. for him, money was real god and all the hope.
compared with grandet, his daughter eugenie was very kind and humane. she considered money as a method for helping others. she devoted her whole life to serving the people. and she had done a lot of public works. for example, she had built one restroom, eight primary schools and one library. she used money to help those who need it.
then, we should put our attention on charles. he was born in a rich family and spoiled. the turning point in his life was to do business abroad. the change of life condition made his moral standard and value concept change. he became a very self-fish man. he wanted to become rich. in order to possess money, he gave up his true love, and pursued a nobleman’s daughter. to some extent, his outlook on money was similar to grandet’s. both of them were materialists and the lovers of money.
secondly, the writer writing this novel should be introduced
to us for we could realize the background information and understand it better. honore de balzac (1799-1850) could perhaps be described as one of the founders of this school that he established with the human comedy (1829-1850) - a long series of seventeen novels, a vast panorama of french life that ranged from country life to city from private life to politics, from military life to psychological studies. it is by no means easy to choose one or two novels from the human comedy. there is always a temptation to add one or two more for a better understanding why balzac's works have lasted so long. perhaps eugenie grandet best illustrates his characteristic methods and the secret of his genius and talent. it is a simple story of a family house in provincial saumur in which lives a miser, grandet with his wife and daughter eugenie. both suffer continuously under the stifling shadow of his obsession with gold. but the arrival of her cousin, charles makes eugenie's heart turn gently towards thoughts of love and marriage, if only to get away from the father. but grandet opposes the marriage because so much of his outrageous gold would be carried away as dowry. the proposed marriage breaks down. charles goes away to seek his fortunes in the east and eugenie is left alone to face the future on her own.
quite obviously, a web of intrigue surrounds mother and daughter. a bunch of ambitious men and adventurers, careerists and speculators and misers of all kinds congregate, all attracted by the pale, cold glitter of gold. part of balzac's continuing success lies in his portrayal of these modern types of unscrupulous rascals and the mania they have for social climbing and fortune hunting which he was the first to portray in modern literature.
third, from the novel, i could see the shadow of the real life. especially since the opening up and economic reform, china has been participating in economic globalization to a deeper degree. with the economic growth, more and more people consider that if you have money, you can make the devil push the millstone for you. their favorite motto is money talks. so the only purpose is to make money as much as possible without heart of charity and humanity. the major role in eugenie grandet, grandet reflects phenomenon in modern china society. from a great amount of information, some people think that chinese people are obsessive with money very much, and they are the lovers of money. for earning money, they break the law. however, meantime, there are still a lot of people doing charities with money. they consider money as a means for helping others,
what they have done is the same as grandet’s daughter did.in my opinion, although many people say that money is the root of evil, every coin has its two sides; we can analyze the function of money from two sides. it’s a common knowledge that everyone likes money and needs money. without money, they cannot buy food, clothes and other daily necessities. without money, they cannot go to school, go to cinema or other places. in my thesis, the novel analyzes the disadvantages and advantages of the outlook on money, and gives the methods for dealing with the disadvantages of the outlook on money in an appropriate way. under the analysis of the outlook on money, we should regard earning money as a method for perfect life. money is not the final objective in our life. there are still so many valuable things that need us to accomplish.
